You must be at least 18 years of age to place an order or use our Services. By using our Services, you represent and warrant that you are 18 or older and have the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements. Orders placed on behalf of a minor must be made by a parent or legal guardian.
You are solely responsible for the accuracy and completeness of all information submitted to Swift Journey Visa Ltd. Any inaccuracies, omissions, or false statements may result in visa refusal, delays, or additional charges. Swift Journey Visa Ltd accepts no liability for any consequence arising from incorrect or incomplete information provided by you.
All fees for our Services are stated at the time of order. Our service fees are separate from any consular, government, or embassy fees, which are set by the relevant authority and are subject to change without notice. Payment must be completed in full before we begin processing your application. All payments are processed securely via our payment partner. Prices are displayed in GBP unless otherwise stated.
Service fees paid to Swift Journey Visa Ltd are non-refundable once processing has commenced. Government and consular fees are also non-refundable as they are paid directly to the relevant authority on your behalf. If you cancel before processing begins, we may, at our discretion, offer a partial or full refund of our service fee. Refund requests must be submitted in writing to info@swiftjourneyvisa.com.
Processing times are estimates only and are subject to change based on embassy, consulate, or government authority timelines. Swift Journey Visa Ltd shall not be liable for any loss, cost, or inconvenience resulting from delays in processing. We recommend submitting applications well in advance of travel dates.
All content on this Site, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Swift Journey Visa Ltd or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any content on this Site without our express prior written consent.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Swift Journey Visa Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of or inability to use our Services.
