It's easy to upload your materials to send to us securely. Enter the required information below (marked with an asterisk) and then select the files that you want to upload. After you have selected the files you want, click "Submit and Upload" to send them to us. You can upload a maximum of 8 files. PDFs may be no larger than 10 MB each and JPGs may be no larger than 15 MB each. The total size of submitted files may not exceed 20 MB.
Our experts will inspect your information and will contact you if anything is missing or incomplete. Swift Journey Visa Ltd Visa Pre-Check service documents will be reviewed within three hours of receipt and the contact for the order will receive a response to email requests received before 4:00 pm on Monday – Friday. Requests received after 4:00 pm will responded to by 11:00 am the following business day.
In some cases we will return documents to you in an encrypted file. To open these documents you will need a 'Document Open Password'.
Please record your PASSPORT number as we will use this as your 'Document Open Password'. You must enter your password to decrypt the files.
